Mō te tūnga - About the role
With the implementation of a new system due to go live at the end of this year, our client are looking to secure a talented Accounts Assistant to keep the day to day transactional tasks running whilst one of the team is seconded off to work on the implementation. This friendly team are looking for someone who can start fairly immediately and take on this busy and varied position for at least the next 6 months. You will be one of four accounts assistants working in a much larger finance team so plenty of learning opportunities. You will be responsible for both Accounts Payable and Receivables etc. This is a large organisation so the volume you will be working with will keep you on your toes.
He kōrero mōu - About you
You may be an experienced accounts administrator or a graduate accountant who has already a bit of commercial experience under their belt and wants exposure to a large commercial environment. You will have excellent attitude, and communication skills and be very comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels. You will also have intermediate excel skills (at least) and previous experience on accounting software.
