Receptionist [Singapore]


 

Job description

  • Covering purchasing functions and ordering of stocks.
  • Tracking of orders and to ensure timely delivery (to scan Purchase Order).
  • To order mineral water from vendor and to ensure that there is sufficient supply of mineral water at the Clinic.
  • To arrange all trainings and meetings date by scheduling Google meet link via Google calendar.
  • Identify slow moving products and report to supervisor to assist with sales planning.
  • To report compliance issues to the Management when such cases arise.
  • Cover receptionist duties as well as to check and ensure that inquiries and emails are completed.
  • To perform checks actively on the promotions sent by the Receptionist.
  • To handle products strategy development for business growth by meeting with reps to come up with new treatments, innovate/improve current treatments or add on special treatment for Management’s approval.
  • Cover any administrative functions as required by the Management.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
  • 5 days work week with shift work.
