Job Responsibilities


  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends to stay up-to-date on the IT industry
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions
  • Preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of IT solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote IT products and services.
Experience requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and services 5. Knowledge of the IT industry, including trends and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive sales decisions
    • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms

Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
