Responsibilities and Duties

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Determines requirements by working with customers
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.

Age limit 18 to 28

Fresher candidate most welcome

· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

· Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,521.88 - ₹18,715.43 per month

Education:

  • Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
